In a rush, just eat at the bar. Great service with full menu. Pizzas are fantastic. Don't forget the macaroons.
The 5 roll combo I had was very delicious. I really enjoyed the fresh warm rice.

Order the Echigo beer. It's light, flavorful, and a perfect accompaniment to the omakase. If you're feeling bold, try the salmon roe or, even better, the flying fish roe. Both are incredible.
