Excellent hole in the wall restaurant. Best grilled meats I've had at a vietnamese restaurant. Get the lemongrass beef over vermicelli. Great soups too. Try the crepe with pork and shrimp.
At $3.50 a sandwich (filled with grilled meats and fragrant cilantro, peppers and onions) you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal.
Best thing about the banh mi sandwiches here...freshly baked rolls right in there. Kicks it up a notch. Cash only.

Small space in Eden Center that has some delicious boba. It is my favorite place for Boba in the shopping center. They even stayed open late one night just so that we could get a Boba fix. -David C.
