私が訪問したときに結婚式の写真撮影の準備をなさってました。結婚式の時期だったのかな？(10/16訪問)本当に綺麗な社屋で、見惚れました...。門もすごく圧巻でしたし。階段をのぼってお賽銭して門から出たのですが、階段が結構キツイ(私が運動不足なのもあるでしょうけど笑)あるアニメのモデルでもありますが、私はあの階段を走ってのぼるなんてムーリー...。あの子達は本当にすごいや。
Make sure you don't miss the lotus pond! The view is just magnificent! You can see the large fishes from the side of the bridge, and sometimes of you're lucky also the Mandarin ducks, very pretty!

Well maintained open air museum of different historical buildings. Best ¥400 I've spent in a while. Could easily spend a whole day here :)
Delightful farmers market- hot food from food trucks, coffee, fresh fruit and Vege and flowers.
Crazy lively place! The place you wanna be if you're up to meeting the locals and trying out local delicacies or small eateries. Lots of expats and blue collared workers. Beers, shocho.. tons of them!
A popular tourist bar. Great views, powerful,cocktails and live jazz. Would like to have tried that wagyu burger.
Wonderful location near Shinjuku Station. It is easy to get around since you have access to all those train lines. Free WiFi in rooms. Rooms are smallish, but clean and perfect for one person
The rooms are small, but that's to be expected. The location more than makes up for it. From the first Starbucks in Japan to the Imperial Palace, you're just minutes away.
Skip going for the auction and go around 9 to explore. Try a bit of everything and take in the sights, before heading for a sushi breakfast
Bring your passport so you can purchase the express ticket. More expensive but you skip the long lines. There's no express pass on the way down.
I would highly recommend checking the market out. Come super early and be aware of the foot and car traffic. Take lots of photos! :D

Muji flagship store with everything from clothes, boxes, kitchen items, furniture and bicycles. Don't miss their cafe Muji Meal, with fresh bread and pastry and light lunches.
A real gem! Outdoor terrace that no one seems to use! Level 7 of Marunouchi House. Amazing views! Reasonably priced drinks. Worth a visit!
Great one of a kind bookstore in the heart of Tokyo. Cafes, adjacent shops and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas make Tsutaya T-Site more of a relaxation zone than a typical bookstore.
Two connecting alleys of Japanese street food. Look for the yakitori stall that only serves pork and beef, and the noodle and tempura place. Both will be consistently crowded, but are worth the wait.
The famous crossing. Not always as busy as portrayed by the media - if you want to experience that, you need to visit during rush hour
Lots of things to do during the day; but try hanging out at the vicinity before the shops close, and come at night to see the beautiful lighting of both less crowded Senso-ji and the Sky Tree afar.
A paragon of bartending skill, Star Bar is to many the best bar in Tokyo. Come here for the figure-of-eight Infinity Shake and ice cut like sculptures.
My favorite store here has to be Daiso 😂. There's nowhere else you can get everything for ¥100 each.
The Daiso here is 4 levels and has so much variety. You could spend quite a bit of time here. The items here are NOT all $2, so you'll have to check the prices before purchase.
Obsessed with the hot soy butter pepper udon with (or without) an egg yolk and a side order of shrimp or chicken tempura. I always go out of my way to come here for udon.
Award winning ramen spot!Definitely worth trying. For my taste noodles on the side variant had a bit too strong flavour. You can delude the broth by adding water from thermoses standing on the counter
Tokyo cliché. Everyone here is trying to get "lost in translation". Anyway, the views are to die for, the drinks are good and the live Jazz music is great. Not cheap but worth the extra $!

Incredible views, ask to be put on waitlist for tables infront of the windows if none available. 2000 ¥ cover charge after 8PM for jazz (which is great). Carnegie Hall cocktail for the win!!
Go crazy on the Food floor located on B1 near store closing time. You will find discounts on fresh produces and food stalls
Kinokuniya's 6th floor is an obvious expats favorite, but I also enjoy the design and art section, with amazing editions you can only find in Japan.
Go to the basement level and see some of the most amazing food selection you will ever see anywhere in the world.
Tsukiji market, building 6... Search for this sign and do whatever queue is needed. Once inside: ebi, hamachi and toro, toro, toro!
The most advanced science museum I ever been! Must: see the machine that makes radiation observable; see the demo of the ASIMO robot (check the schedule in adv.); see Geo-Cosmos. Avoid the planetarium
Pure madness! Several floors of toys ranging from anime to Snoopy. Worth checking out even if you are not a big fan.
I feel dirt poor 😑😂 The department store is amazing if you have the cash for it. It has all the high end brands. The man glasses selection and female bags are the best.
Cable car going uphill run every 30 min. Nice & relaxing walk thru the pine trees.

Had regular chicken ramen. Honestly, the egg was my favorite part. So savory but with the right amount of creamy yolk. The broth was thick and delicious too. Waited an hour on a Friday night
Burgers are great, beautifully assembled, lots of fries. Must visit for burger lovers.
