Take lots of money, you will need it. Extra charges seem to be add for 'service' that are not added by other eye care professionals. And they also charge your medical insurance instead of vision care.
Extra charges for "other procedures" should be discussed before handing over your insurance cards. They will want your health and vision insurance cards. What they will not give you is a price list.
