HIT! Take a calesa (horse-drawn carriage) ride down Crisologo. Php 150/hour. It's cliched and very touristy, but still an experience.
Cultural immersion. Come before sunset and prepare to walk it. The shops are not consistent with their rates so best to haggle for good deals. There's also an empanada stall somewhere.
