Really cozy place and great for meeting with friends or working on university stuff. Really good service. The sandwiches are great! :) Menu is only available in Latvian (no big deal). Easy to reach!

There's a lot of food courts, my favorite is "Gan bei" (Japanese food). There is free wi-fi. So many cool shops.
Okay, thats the best Carrot Cake in EU. The other one in Sri Lanka, trust me, I have been looking for it for 6 months. Good Masala Chai Latte. Great service & interior. Must visit!
