Great sandwiches at lunchtime, and a very wide selection of ales - they even do their own ale!
Not a bad bar - small and cosy with a good drinks selection, but rather on the pricy side. Some nice old photos of the town on the stairs up to the toilets.
Lots of real ales and wines to choose from, and the food is good. Great canal side location.
Steaks are nice, and come with a whole bunch of tomatoes! Bit skimpy with the chips though!
