visitPA: "The historic farmers market located in downtown Philadelphia opened in 1892 and is a favorite among locals as well as visitors. Choose from homemade Amish specialties to fresh seafood."
Sarah Sisk: "If you're in Philly, be sure to stop here! It's a little pricey and the line can get long but well worth it. If you enjoy whipped cream, do not pass it up here! It's house-made and so delicious."
CITY GRIT: "A cozy coffee shop with a full espresso bar and hand poured coffee. What else could you want in a coffee spot? It's a great jumping off point for the morning or a stopping point for a midday rest."
Eater: "Bring a group for the breathtaking smoked lamb shoulder braised in pomegranate juice. No place else in America serves such a sensuous, transporting, and finely wrought feast."
STARR Restaurants: "After viewing 'Jiro Dreams of Sushi' head down the street to Iron Chef Morimoto's Philadelphia location for lunch or dinner. Trust us, you won't be able to resist after seeing the film!"
Marc Coda: "Modern Eye is one of the best eye care centers in the city. Dr. Machamer aka Dr. Bryan is the best eye doctor I've ever had. It's a fun place and they really care about you. Must try it out."
Raj Sarma: "The guac is a must have and I recommend the option with the crab. Margaritas are well made, order them with Don Julio, you won't regret it. The taco sampler is a good way to taste all options."
Bre Bonner: "Winners are: Blood Orange Frozen Margarita, Taco Tasting Platter and the Macho Nachos w/ chorizo or chicken. Be sure to have reservations if you want a table or you can try getting seats at the bar."
Philly.com: "Stephen Starr is doing just pizza and doing it right: Artisan slices, simple to decadent, consistently excellent and affordable."
Caitlin Z. Murphy: "This place took us right back to Italy where my husband and I honeymooned about a year ago. The gnocchi is hand made and EXCELLENT. The pizza is to die for. We will be back!"
Raj Sarma: "The seasonal rotation of warm bowls is good. The salad is on the pricier side with $3 for a tiny scoop of chicken. I recommend getting a veggie salad and adding your own protein."
Patrick Ward: "Delicious salads. Good lunch spot by Penn. Usually a huge line but it moves pretty quickly"
