1- the reserve cheeses from the cheese cave (Ossau Iraty and Chabrin) & 2- The in house butcher shop. speck, ham, Jadgwurst & an interesting one is the lamb liver pate (actually usually quite mellow)

A favorite Saturday morning spot. Best chocolate selection, cheese selection, hi quality meats, most knowledgeable staff. One of the best specialty shops in Salt Lake.
It’s a great shop with lots of fun foodie options. Staff is super helpful.

- Don't leave without getting some fine chocolate! I recommend Amedei or Amano.
