Very nice area to hang out. Walking distant to UCLA. Lots of eateries, and places to shop.
Lots of restaurants, Many places to go and see, on Ventura Bl. Hot in the summer, pleasant place to visit, shop, and live. Traffic can be a nightmare if going into the adjacent southern cities. Enjoy
