Chicken biscuit=amazing: spicy jam+PERFECT biscuit+juicy chicken! It is greasy; have napkins! The kale was great, the pimento omelet was a complex favor combo, and the potatoes? KILLER
Winner...You can get decent breakfast and brunch here. I tried grits at the first time. It was so good. You can imagine asian stylesoup. Get a table, not seats on the bar. Its uncomfortable.
Catch up w/ business partner. special - butternut squashrosemary scramble. It was terrific! Usu disappointed with eggs. They were perfect! Hash browns were hard and over salted. Staff was friendly!
Freaking amazing biscuits! Was hesitant to order the chicken biscuits - don't. Great for sharing. Great French press coffee, great server, great homemadejelly, just great.
Food / service were stellar. I had Fried Egg Sandwich, a little pricy but healthy and delish and with it the palmettocheese grits. Equally great. Service by Jared was wonderful. Quaint cottage atmosp
Don't skip on the biscuit. Freaking amazing. Omelettes are huge! Also, great coffee and they have almond milk. Do not serve lattes though, just French press and drip. Batdorf & Bronson.
I ordered the carrot-cake pancakes with two eggs over-easy, four bacon strips, and hash-brown potatoes. The carrot-cake flavors were convincing enough, the eggs were fine, and the bacon was crisp. Read more
Adorable local place. Great atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food. Local French pressed coffee, blueberry crumble pancake, burger on a waffle, pear salad.. Definitely check this place out!
Caprese omelet is fantastic (try it with egg whites!). Potatoes a great side. Friend loved the blueberry crumble pancakes. Biscuit was overdone (hard on the bottom and too greasy). Great service!
Seasonal scramble was delicious - had sweet potatoes, red onion & cilantro. Chicken sausage was just ok, little chewy, wouldn't reorder. Pimentogrits & biscuit with homemadeblueberryjam was yummy.
Food was out in less than 5 min. The pimento cheese omelette was delicious. Cheese was rich and they were generous with thick-sliced bacon. Biscuit and pepper jelly were equally awesome.

The chicken biscuit was...Ok...A little dry and overcooked for my taste. The chicken itself was juicy and well seasoned. And the red pepper jelly was good. Pimento cheese grits were room temp (ugh)
Don't believe the hype. There's always a 1 hour+ wait on weekends but really the food is just plain average. I guess biscuits are okay but... Really? This is the south, biscuits are good everywhere.
Coffee isn't sitting in a urn for who knows how long, or on a burner since 5am. French pressed to order. Locally roasted Batdorf & Bronson DancingGoats Blend.
