You're probably at the Turner?5 mins up the hill,find Forts,other side of road,looking out to sea. Locally sourced grub, fantastically prepd,wonderfully priced.Free WiFi, groovy tunes, I could go on!
This beach still has its green flag rating, less crowds and a wee shop for ice creams.My childhood favourite.No dogs allowed Im afraid :( Theres a wonderful tea rooms just at the entrance to the beach
The only decent beach around that still allows dogs during the summer. Not many amenities (no shop/toilets) but beautiful beach with stunning castle looming overhead and no crowds! no parking here.
