Food is a mediocre representation of South African cuisine. The more traditional dishes such as the Chicken Bobotie, are dry and preoccupied with presentation.
Their website has a list of really interesting cocktails, but the menu in the restaurant is a totally boring list of standards. A total waste on that score.
Friend's bday brunch--awful brunch, bad service, extremely overpriced. Good luck getting "unlimited" mimosas when one person serves the whole restaurant! Yikes.
AWFUL SERVICE. after being ignored for 15 minutes -despite blatant attempts to flag anyone- we left, only to have the hostess tell us, "Enjoy the rest of your night!" HUH????
Don't bother! service is awful, food is bland, reservations are not honored. Really not worth it. Messed up what could have been an amazing Sunday finest.
