Everything is made from scratch. The best collard greens this side of the Mississippi. Blackened catfish is to die for - best in LA.
Pricy. Smaller portions than I'm used to seeing in Cajun restaurants. Ettoffe isn't creamy like it usually is; it's kinda stewy. Tastes good though as soon as you get past the stewed tomato base.
Only the Seafood Gumbo was good. Ordered three other dishes and all tasted like crap. And don't forget, this restaurant is very pricy for what it offers. I wouldn't recommend it.
Do not leave here without having blackened catfish. The best kept secret in the South Bay.
