Konstantinos Kaltsas: Historic place and very nice spot to grab a couple of beers. Amazing view to Ioannina's island.

georgios tsiares: Nice choice of booze. And for gin lovers a must! Great music too

Spyros Theodoritsis: Excellent restaurant with great service and of course non smoking (while smoking is allowed in the cafe). Great view at Ioannina city and lake.

Theodore Avgerinos: The best apple mojito in the city. The owner who is the barman also,is really polite. The best place to enjoy music and relax. Place is very trendy and romantic also.

Irini Tav: Large variety of food that you can choose actually seeing it. Good taste. 2 soups (their speciality), 2 main dishes, 1 beer for about 30 Euro. Friendly service.

Doroulini: I really liked the sweet bougatsa. The best thing is that it is not that sweet. We loved the old couple that runs the place. Very traditional, including the toilet :)
