Andrew: Upstairs in the hospital is an amazing room of medical/scientific instrument history and some very old Medici codexes and a few enthralling Tintoretto's. A bit pricy at 10€ entrance fee but I think it's one of the most impressive rooms in Venice outside the Palazzo Ducale/San Marco
