Bua Khao is the best Thai in Cairo but Sabai Sabai is a close second. Highlights: pad thai, vegetable rolls, most vegetable dishes, sticky rice and sticky rice with mango dessert.
Local food where you can dine with others on the same long table if you are ever alone in the city. I love Zooba foul or foul with pickled lemon. Try the Bissara too.
