Ice cream mixed with liquid nitrogen. Green tea was strong in flavor, but the process makes the texture a little flakey

So so ice cream but it's fun to watch them make it with liquid nitrogen. The process takes 5-10 mins and they have three machines. The waffle is including in the price but is not that good either.
