- Parking in secacus and taking nj transit to and from city is way easy.

- LIRR Riders - After 3:00 you can check with the info desk to find out what track you'll be on before it's posted!
- If you have to talk on your cell when on the train, make sure to do it on speakerphone - it will make everyone very happy.
- Buy your tickets well before you board your train and if you have to use the restroom...HOLD IT!
- Don't push. Merge into the gate like a zip. It's efficient & courteous, people.
- Sarah CalandroMarch 21, 2013This place feels purposely uncomfortable & confusing. No place to sit or wait. Loads of people everywhere. & so much signage u can't find ur way. I dont look forward to future stops @ penn station
- If you change your mind about the diet and want an Auntie Anne's pretzel, don't turn around- there's another one coming up less than 100 feet away. And yes, you will smell like it on the train.
- Check out the Apple store on the second level.
- Need a taxi without the wait? Find more of them without the wait at the 8th Ave/ 31st exit!

- The people who designed the NJT portion of the station should be punched in the face and then brought up on charges; in that order.
- The Lost & Found only collects items Mon, Wed & Fri. Hours are 7:20am - 7:20pm
- Want a free sauna... Go to the men's room in the waiting area! 8-)
- Gina IveyOctober 16, 2011Pay Close attention to the track number on your ticket not your train name or destination.
- Stay to the right on escalators if you are standing still. Or run the risk of being run over!
- Don't get on the train if it's after 2:00 AM and you can still walk a straight line.
