Southwest wont let you check bags in more than 4 hours ahead of flight...so I had to wait 3 whole minutes! This airport has it figured out, very few lines anywhere!

Was at midway for first time since COVID shut down everything. Gold Coast Dogs all other restaurants in that general food court closed. Airport empty. Sad knowing so many out of work.

I'll never understand why people print boarding passes at home. Save the ink and paper, head to a standalone machine and 5 seconds later, you have a nice, thick boarding pass - no folding necessary!

For faster checkin w a bag, first use a walk up screen to print your boarding pass. Then you can take the 'express' lane to check your bag.

This airport doesn't have Garrett's Popcorn (O'Hare does) but they have a place called Nuts on Clark that's pretty good although Garrett's is better. This one will suffice.

There is no Diet Mt Dew on concourse A. Ben and Jerrys at the TSA checkpoint is the closest. They got it confused with their ice cream when they priced it.

For vegans/veggies there is a salad place in Concourse B ( I think) called Salad Sprigs. You can get a VERY hearty salad there. I do not recommend the "asian dressing" its way too sweet.
