Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the shoes you need. There's a treadmill in the store you can use to try out your shoes. No pressure sales.
I always get the Amaricano and it's always amazing. Never had a problem with my drink. Never waited too long, even on busy days such as Sundays. Staff is always helpful and super nice.

The iced coffee is fairly small for the price, but very tasty! A good treat every now and then, but too expensive to buy on the regular.
