Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the shoes you need. There's a treadmill in the store you can use to try out your shoes. No pressure sales.
I always get the Amaricano and it's always amazing. Never had a problem with my drink. Never waited too long, even on busy days such as Sundays. The iced coffee is fairly small for the price, but very tasty! A good treat every now and then, but too expensive to buy on the regular.
