Terrible service. They apply a facilities usage fee to everybody even if not needed and prepaid by the company. It could be a great hotel. It isn't.

Terrible service at check-in. Gabina should never work at the front desk of any customer oriented service. Maybe DMV. Cannot wait for this type of human touch to be replaced by computers.

I don't like the service, they're very short and it becomes rude. Internet is weak and rooms casual NY small.

This is not the best hotel, much better options in the city. Don't be fooled because its old, old doesn't mean good or even ok.

The worst of four hotels I've tried in NYC. Staff's not friendly and they charge for everything (like storing your bags even though you're a guest). Try Affinia instead. Two blocks away.

Dress for all seasons if you are here for a conference. The temperature control in the ballrooms is awful.

Hotel ok. Limpo. Bem localizado. Metro do lado! Esse hotel é antigo e tem bastante história. Tesla morou nesse hotel. Os quartos são pequenos mas tudo em ordem e bem limpo e organizado

Un hôtel simple mais très bien situé. 3 stations de métro à proximité dont une au pied de l’hôtel. Et mérite son prix. Juste derrière l’empire state bulding

Будьте бдительны!Могут кинуть на крупную сумму денег!Номера убирают на 3.И берите номер без завтрака,рядом много хороших кафе и за эти деньги вы сможете позавтракать в сто раз лучше.

Hotel enorme realmente! Mas elevadores atendem perfeitamente a demanda. Quartos pequenos sem frigobar, apenas um balde de gelo, mas atende ao propósito. Desafio é regular a temperatura do chuveiro.
