    Don’t drink caffeine beforehand. Nice spa vessels and love all the Le Labo products — which they box up for you to take home afterward!

    be courageous & don't get the guided lights! dark solitary silence is an entirely different experience. it's not as scary as it sounds! also don't bother with the head "pillow", your skull is buoyant!
