Kelly WeaverMarch 14, 2021My wife’s Elk tenderloin was excellent (as was my Elk Chop a couple of weeks prior). My bone-in Ribeye was a swing and miss, tasted fine but not nearly as thick of a cut for the 💸. 🍷👌
