The panini's are amazing. Try the baked sweet potato fries... so good. Make sure you hit up the bakery case too. Gluten free petit fours!

This is the most refreshingly health meal in Baton Rouge. I've had the spaghetti on thursday. You can get it with or without meat and specify hot 'n spicy or tangy. I recommend hot n' spicy. Also the

Lots of choices for the paleo diet and staff understands paleo diet enough to customize almost anything to paleo.

Stopped here for my son who is vegan. He said the Reuben was good but the cookies were just ok. I tried the almond butter cookie...it was not good

Love this place. Owner is super nice. Menu is huge! Great for vegetarians or those with food allergies.

Place has best selection of glutey free pizza & sweets with some good deli sandwiches. Closes at 6pm so order dinner early.
