This is the best Izakaya in Seattle. It's rare to find this quality outside of Japan. Friendly staff + flavorful food! Something simple like Tomato Kimchi will blow your mind.
Stoked to have a proper Izakaya in Seattle! Chef specials never disappoint. Try the kimchi udon, ox tail soup paited with a bottle of cloudy sake. Tapas style, so bring a group of friends and enjoy!
Japanese Izakaya at its finest. Amazing drinks, amazing food, and decore. Loved the tuna tataki, sashimi salad (the ponzu jelly!!!), ebi mayo, tori kaarage, and the pork belly bibimbap.
Solid choice for Japanese tapas but quality has seen to have gone down :( in any case, the battera is a pressed sushi nigiri dish with sauce and I would recommend that along with the cold ramen salad
Dan Dan Ramen was good and recommend by the server. It's not like the Chinese equivalent. It's more like dan dan noodles and khao soi had a love child in Japan.
The pork belly bibimbap is yummy. Mapo rice cake is interesting but just ok, and over priced. They have relatively small portions. Long wait on the main dish.
