A large gloomy space sporting a beautiful Mistral espresso machine, Modca has wifi, plugs, many tables & one big communal one. They use 49th Parallel Coffee from Vancouver and prepare it acceptably.Upvote4Downvote

Literally waited 10 minutes for a cup of brewed coffee. The guy behind the counter was incredibly unfriendly and completely ignored me as I patiently waited. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.Upvote2Downvote
