Danny Meyer pulled off an aspiring financier’s wet dream without compromising food or wine. Get the cavatelli, the wagyu or lamb, and the date cake or soufflé.
The view alone overshadows all the other great things happening here. Interesting pre-fixed menu in the dining room but I favor the bar menu which I look forward to trying. Can’t go wrong either way.
Great deal for lunchtime. Also, unbeatable view. Scotch snails were a great starter. The chicken (yes!) and the pork were delicious. Non-tipping restaurant - which is elegant.
Beside having to wait 45 mins for a reservation, pairing and food is good and inventive. Pastramifoie gras is a must. Regular prix fixe is definitely worth it, but special occasion (vday) not so much
Incredible views and cocktails, but the food and service is hit or miss. Great place to bring out of town guests for that nyc “wow” factor. Faux-Pastrami appetizer is the best thing on the menu.
The view is of course what everyone raves about but the food here is really good too! Trick is to come here for the lunch tasting which is $10 cheaper but has most of the same dishes as dinner.
The views are phenomenal, doesn’t matter where you sit. The food was delicious, just enough flavor to satisfy your taste buds. Overall I think you pay for what you get. Great place
Very wall street-esque place. Don't skip the bread at the beginning - it's warm and served with liver paste covered in everything bagel seasoning. SO GOOD!
French Onion burger was a highlight. The service and cocktails outweigh a fairly straightforward French menu. Grab the binoculars by the kitchen, and snap a Polaroid if you can.
This evening, I am overjoyed with my customer service! The beverages were fantastic, and we were served immediately and with a grin. The was just nice. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!
Danny Meyer gets it. All of these No Tiprestaurants- best service in the city. Food is truly standout, servers seem genuine, happy, and always attentive. Exceeded expectations yet again. Duck 🙌🏼
The food and drinks, the upscale vibe (hello 60th floor views!), impeccable service… all deserve to be mentioned. The menu isn’t static. It’s a place to go bring visitors if you want to impress.
the service is very good as well as the wines. The view is superb. But the food: only average. I was very disappointed. With this price in Europe one will get a superb quality culinary experience.
Great views and, as always in Danny Meyerrestaurants, wonderful staff. Food, however, totally mediocre. Also, very corporate. felt like we were having dinner in an executive dining room.
Perched sixty stories above Lower Manhattan, Manhatta is a new... restaurant from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, combining sky-high views with the down-to-earth spirit of a neighborhood spot.(Show more)
