I love living here and I would reccomend this place to all of my friends! I love the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. The events that they hold are also really fun and there is free food!
I looooooove it! I would recommend this place to any of my friends. I lived here for 4 years and the staff is always so nice. Maintenance is on point with work orders and the programs are pretty go
I actually thought this place was awesome. Free food at all the events they had, 5 min from campus, and the staff was all really friendly. This would be my number 1 choice of all Temple's apartments
Absolutely love it! The staff members make living here an amazing experience. They host monthly programs which are a lot of fun. The building is in great shape and in a perfect location!
University Village was the first and last place I looked. It met all my needs as far as fun programs with FREE FOOD, matched with great roommates and a quiet study area when campus gets packed
Yo this place worth the money...2 BLOCKS FROM MAIN CAMPUS, FULLY FURNISHED, DOPE PROGRAMS (PEOPLE WINNING IPADS AND GIFT CARDS LEFT AND RIGHT). I def don't regret my decision, more than satisfied
I've lived in UV for two years. My tip: Make sure this is where you want to be during your lease, getting out isn't that easy. It's a great place but I had a hard time subletting after graduation.
University Village is horrible! Do not be fooled by the advertisements posted on campus; this is a horrible, old building, and a rude staff! Things will not get fixed and amenities will be broken.
University Village is a great place to live. Very close to campus, great location for public transportation into Center City and elsewhere, and lots of privacy.
University Village is a very good look. They are very close to campus and also you have access to all the great programs that help you meet new people.
UV planted their employees to put positive feedback on foursquare tips? Wow these guys take scamming to a whole new level. Let's get real though, it's over-priced and small.
You certainly do not want to live here, the rooms are obnoxiously tiny and totally unclean when you move in. Any good reviews are probably staff members trying to make it look good. Just do on-campus.
Don't live here u'll regret it. Its the worst decision ive ever made. Management is horrible and the walls are way too thin, theres no peace here. Everyone who lives here hates it, dont be fooled.
