I've lived in UV for two years. My tip: Make sure this is where you want to be during your lease, getting out isn't that easy. It's a great place but I had a hard time subletting after graduation.

UV planted their employees to put positive feedback on foursquare tips? Wow these guys take scamming to a whole new level. Let's get real though, it's over-priced and small.
The trains are super annoying!! Make sure to request a room on courtyard side or first building if not you'll regret living here.- c jordanAugust 9, 2021You certainly do not want to live here, the rooms are obnoxiously tiny and totally unclean when you move in. Any good reviews are probably staff members trying to make it look good. Just do on-campus.
If you want to get something done talk to the manager directly. She is very nice.
The places are so small and they come with tons of issues, I don't know how anyone could enjoy living here.
Security is top notch here. Living space however is not. Those who stay beyond their lease agreement are either lazy or plain ignorant

Melissa DDecember 9, 2013Close to campus, but way overpriced. Staff is rude, and there are always hidden fees for no reason. cockroaches in apartments, so glad I moved out.- Small. Overpriced. Infested with BED BUGS. Not to mention terrible management. Do NOT live here!!!!!
