As of summer 2013, this place is brand new, and always on a wait, but it's worth it. Amazingly fresh sushi with wonderful textures and flavors. Certified Kobe beef to die for. Great drink selection.

This might sound weird, but their pickledginger is really good! Ginger from other restaurants is too "soapy" and bitter, like Lemon Fresh Joy. Umi's seemed sweeter to me. Excellent!

NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! They have weird dress code and keep us from having dinner there, while we then proceeded to CHOPS, a more luxuryrestaurant, and were seated and served nicely.
