- Jim BaileyMay 28, 2017Comfortable hotel with the service you would expect from a Renaissance. Great location near Sundance Square and many eateries and drinking holes to find your way to.
- Jeff SolomonNovember 24, 2017The outside looks are deceiving because it’s actually really nice and modern inside. Dog friendly
- Delicious seasonal drinks at the bar; if you are here close to Christmas ask for the Snowflake Margarita; delicious cinnamon infused tequila! Thanks Laura! :)
- Elizabeth NewtonApril 17, 2013Seriously, 12.95 a day for wireless! Come in to the new century folks. Hair dryer in room didn't work. Still waiting for a replacement. Otherwise beautiful hotel and great beds. Very clean.
- Maureen SoulesMarch 13, 2015Beautiful hotel, but surprisingly little storage for clothing. Aveda toiletries (yay!) and uber comfy beds. Caveat for business folks: business center is tiny and printing is expensive!

- Cameron Shaw™April 9, 2017Overall nice hotel. Rooms were modern and beds were soft. Fitness center is slightly outdated. Also, the elevators are some of the worse I have seen!
- Sharon KarrikerJuly 3, 2014Comfortable rooms and beds. Great location for a conference/convention. $12.95 a day for wireless is outrageous, however!
- Angela RuthFebruary 12, 2012Great hotel! Very nice rooms. But make sure your room is not located next to elevator. You will hear elevator going up and down ALL NIGHT
- Fitness Center is great! travelling would be more enjoyable if hotels would have only half of what they have here!
- Looking for an ATM? The hotel ATM charges $3.50, so head out of the hotel criss the road onto Houston Street, there is an ATM by Reata with only a $2 charge.
- R BJuly 22, 2010Right in the middle of everything in downtown fort worth. Literally the nexus of fort worth. Make sure to explore the hotel, beautiful place!
- BrianJuly 19, 2015Avoid this "4 Star" letdown. Horribly slow elevators. Thin walls - we could hear every noise in the halls and every word our neighbors spoke. 4 couples stayed here on 4 different floors. All agreed.
- Oscar MaliwatSeptember 24, 2012They still make you pay $13 a night fur wireless... Even cheap hotels offer free wireless...
- Laura ScottApril 28, 2010Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Heading to the gym. Will keep you posted!
- Stephanie VardavasOctober 12, 2011Correction: at least on a low floor (4), I do have wireless in my room. Probably spillover from the mezzanine.
- Melanie PetersonMarch 21, 2014Love staying here. HATE paying for internet. Really annoying to get ripped off in that way.
- 8th floor is the concierge lounge. The "Balcony Suites" have bidets. Interesting.
- Bring an xtra set of keys ! And be sure to tip the valet cashier too.
- Stephanie VardavasOctober 12, 2011Nice enough hotel, but there is no wireless in the guest rooms! Not very welcoming to a guest with a MacBook Air.
- Just got wireless in all the rooms effective 2012.
- Dan ButlerFebruary 14, 2010Hotel doesn't offer DVD players to individuals rooms, you will need to plan a large convention in order to receive this service on an "exception" basis. Tough rule, but explained well by front desk.
- Club room on the 8th floor is OK. Its closed on the weekends...
- Laura ScottApril 28, 2010So cold in this hotel. It is like a meatlocker. Can't imagine the waste of energy
- Pide habitación con vista a la calle 2, tienen la mejor vista en especial del 5 piso para arriba
- En el lobby hay wireless gratis para los huéspedes y en las habitaciones debes pagar por el servicio
