Elizabeth NewtonApril 17, 2013Seriously, 12.95 a day for wireless! Come in to the new century folks. Hair dryer in room didn't work. Still waiting for a replacement. Otherwise beautiful hotel and great beds. Very clean.
Maureen SoulesMarch 13, 2015Beautiful hotel, but surprisingly little storage for clothing. Aveda toiletries (yay!) and uber comfy beds. Caveat for business folks: business center is tiny and printing is expensive!

Angela RuthFebruary 12, 2012Great hotel! Very nice rooms. But make sure your room is not located next to elevator. You will hear elevator going up and down ALL NIGHT- Fitness Center is great! travelling would be more enjoyable if hotels would have only half of what they have here!
Looking for an ATM? The hotel ATM charges $3.50, so head out of the hotel criss the road onto Houston Street, there is an ATM by Reata with only a $2 charge.- R BJuly 22, 2010Right in the middle of everything in downtown fort worth. Literally the nexus of fort worth. Make sure to explore the hotel, beautiful place!
BrianJuly 19, 2015Avoid this "4 Star" letdown. Horribly slow elevators. Thin walls - we could hear every noise in the halls and every word our neighbors spoke. 4 couples stayed here on 4 different floors. All agreed.

Bring an xtra set of keys ! And be sure to tip the valet cashier too.

Just got wireless in all the rooms effective 2012. 
Club room on the 8th floor is OK. Its closed on the weekends...
