Comfortable hotel with the service you would expect from a Renaissance. Great location near Sundance Square and many eateries and drinking holes to find your way to.
Delicious seasonal drinks at the bar; if you are here close to Christmas ask for the Snowflake Margarita; delicious cinnamon infused tequila! Thanks Laura! :)
Seriously, 12.95 a day for wireless! Come in to the new century folks. Hair dryer in room didn't work. Still waiting for a replacement. Otherwise beautiful hotel and great beds. Very clean.
Beautiful hotel, but surprisingly little storage for clothing. Aveda toiletries (yay!) and uber comfy beds. Caveat for business folks: business center is tiny and printing is expensive!
Looking for an ATM? The hotelATM charges $3.50, so head out of the hotel criss the road onto Houston Street, there is an ATM by Reata with only a $2 charge.
Avoid this "4 Star" letdown. Horribly slow elevators. Thin walls - we could hear every noise in the halls and every word our neighbors spoke. 4 couples stayed here on 4 different floors. All agreed.
Hotel doesn't offer DVD players to individuals rooms, you will need to plan a large convention in order to receive this service on an "exception" basis. Tough rule, but explained well by front desk.
