Mynoi KOctober 15, 2012Platinum line with Hoda is slow. Normal line was 3 times as fast when checking in.
Antz AMarch 8, 2014Too noisy. Room at 17th floor and still couldn't sleep because of traffic noise. Nice beds and correct size rooms.
Check in line takes a looking time and you can skip room service bc it is the same terrible food from before the renovation
Kris SOctober 31, 2012Very noisy here with street noise and construction. It sounds like the windows are open (?). Room is decent size though. Location is just ok.- The unrenovated rooms are gross. The place is always full. Good luck trying to use platinum upgrades.
Customer service is terrible at this hotel. Had issues at each of my stays.

Skip this Westin. Platinum service is subpar and rooms hardly live up to the Westin name.
Akira TakamatsuAugust 20, 2015Locationが良い。Grand Centralまで近くTimes Squareまで歩いて行ける。フロントが小さく並ぶことが多い。部屋は広くないがNYCでは広い方かも。Westinのベッドはどこも共通で寝心地がいい。
