A gem. Good tea/coffee and food. Easy parking. Small, quaint. Nice patio. Gluten free cookies are my favorite. Day old cookies are 2-for-1. Free wifi. Nice owners. Good place to work for a few hours.

We also had a Vanilla Cupcake, absolute perfection.
Delicious coffee (especially the iced coffee!) and cookies and breakfast! The owners are super nice and always around.
