After six years and rolls of red tape Frank and Yaddi Rodriguez opened The Chimney House, a casual Pan-Latin eatery on West Las Olas Boulevard in early September.
On top of its well-price, home-cooked Latin food, Chimney House makes a pretty amazing burger to boot. Certified Angus beef is topped with white cheese, caramelized onions, and a fried egg.
Concertgoers mix with locals over well-prepared dishes like mahi mahi in salsa de coco. - See more at: http://flmag.com/restaurant-guide/chimney-house-grill-and-caf%C3%A9#sthash.UvpbcM2l.dpuf

Mahi tacos were good! Service was even better. Ordered the white sangria and didn't care for it. Not sweet and tasted like they threw some fruit into a glass of white wine. Mussels were good.
Nice place, good service. Lomo Saltado is just ok-- that's not a great sign for a Peruvian place. Rest of food was decent, though. Ask about specials before you order.
Tapas was good but extremely small portions, really not enough to share like tapas should be. Also very expensive for what you get. Can pay $15 to park if you’re seeing a show at the Broward Center
Adequate seating pleasant, albeit inattentive service, great menu, fair prices, very bland food. We had to get up twice for hot sauce and another drink. Food bland which we heard someone else say, too
