    Great place and staff! The smoothies are excellent fuel for that long run or bike ride. Try the Wissahickon green!

    Owners are really nice people, great place to grab something post-run. I especially like their smoothies, The Cedars House or Devil's Pick Me Up(coffee/banana) smoothie is a good place to start.
