This spot filled the much-lamented Chinese noodle void in Hell's Kitchen so I'm grateful for that. But they could probably expand on the types of meats offered with their noodles (where's the lamb?).

Tian XieDecember 26, 2015Hell's Kitchen offshoot from Chinatown with higher prices. Noodles do not have the same irregular hand-made character. I prefer Kung Fu a few blocks away.
