The Peruvian-style roast chicken features a hint of sweet, umami, garlic, wood smoke and a lick of char. What's fun are the three accompanying sauces — we like the creamy huancaina. Read more

Among cocktails I highly recommend el piscolero for those who like sweet; lemongrass martini is very refreshing; el chingon - spicy with amazing round ice cube that looks like a tomato!

A memorable meal. Try the Tiradito cremoso. Worth getting the ceviche mix, although the Clásico is a standout. The chalaco is quite unique, slightly smokey. Their anticucho de corazón is delicious.

I love this place! Make sure to get pork fried rice, all the niguiri, nikei taraditos and the criollo cebiches. Plantains chips are great but don't fill up!

Start with a pisco sour. No need to go fancier than the classic cocktail. The food is divine. Tender beef and octopus. Lots of fish. Plenty of Asian-inspired dishes.
