The Peruvian-style roast chicken features a hint of sweet, umami, garlic, wood smoke and a lick of char. What's fun are the three accompanying sauces — we like the creamy huancaina. Read more
Truly fantastic food. The Pork Fried Rice is an absolute must. Other absolutley delicious dishes were the beef empanadas, Nikei Cheviche, and Caucitas Tasting. Big portions & perfect for family style.
Among cocktails I highly recommend el piscolero for those who like sweet; lemongrassmartini is very refreshing; el chingon - spicy with amazing round ice cube that looks like a tomato!
Adore this place. Probably my favorite restaurant in Chicago proper. Always order the lomo saltado, the filet is fabulous every single time. Staff is as incredible as the food!
Probably my favorite restaurant in Chicago, can’t go wrong here, everything is DELICIOUS, great drinks and service as well, and the rooftop in the summer is 10/10
The Adobo De Ternera (veal cheek) was definitely the highlight of our meal. The pulpo (octopusskewer) and criollo (ahi tuna and squid niguiri style) were also wonderful
I love this place! Make sure to get pork fried rice, all the niguiri, nikei taraditos and the criollocebiches. Plantains chips are great but don't fill up!
A memorable meal. Try the Tiradito cremoso. Worth getting the ceviche mix, although the Clásico is a standout. The chalaco is quite unique, slightly smokey. Their anticucho de corazón is delicious.
Start with a pisco sour. No need to go fancier than the classic cocktail. The food is divine. Tender beef and octopus. Lots of fish. Plenty of Asian-inspired dishes.
Amazing dining experience here. The ceviche, scallops, and octopus are EXCELLENT. Don't skip the whipped potatoes and definitely order a piscococktail. These guys know what they're doing for sure.
Incredible Peruvian spot. Fantastic service, and the top half of the menu is great for sharing. The ceviches and fried rice stood out as favorites. Plus, the lavender G&T was divine!

Amazing food that's different from anything else in River North. Doesn't hurt that they play Latin house music either. Try the Street Food Feast for a large sampling of things!

What an amazing place! Food was so good, a surprising mix of flavors that all worked really well together. The drinks were delicious and the space had great energy.
