Opened in 1990 as Magnolia Village's neighborhood Bistro, Chef/Owner Ludger Szmania operates the upscale neighborhood steakhouse (with a German flair) with its exhibition kitchen, two fireplaces, cozy cocktail lounge, fresh seasonal menus and skilled professional staff.
