Best cupcakes in Knoxville, hands down! Minis are $1.00 each, so I usually get a variety, so we can try different flavors. Tried coconut mango today, WOW, it's really good. Nothing here isn't good!- Just bought some cupcakes from Scrumps. Best cupcakes in Knoxville. Great service. Birthday cake and scarlett O'Hara are awesome.
The Carrot Cupcake is bliss! Followed by Scarlet O'Hara, Caramel Apple, Maple Bacon...(you see where I'm goin' here!)
Stopped in about 10 minutes after closing time, was still able to pickup a box of cupcakes. Excellent!
