The espresso was surprisingly good here. Not bitter at all. Pho was okay, but the broth could have been better. Good amount of meat in the Pho Tai but should have been hotter (temp) and rarer (beef).

As a native Vietnamese, I'd say the food is pretty authentic. However the staff just can't be any ruder I don't know what the hell is wrong with them or with me. Ruined my otherwise good experience.

I don't get the hype. Easily the weakest / blandest pho I've ever tasted. Summer rolls were also bland and the veg was half frozen.

Probably most authentic Vietnamese I've had in NYC since visiting Vietnam. Classic Beef Phö, spicy brisket banh mi & lemongrass chicken =delicious. You NYU brats are nuts: the waitresses are wonderful

The bahn mi is okay at best, redeemed only by the fact it’s $5. Just walk the extra few blocks to Chinatown instead

Nice place, very fast. The AC is a bit annoying at the head table, especially for tourists who are not accustomed.

I used to love this place… 10 years ago. But today, our bread wasn’t fresh and was stale, my pho wasn’t hot and noodles were a bit soggy :( really disappointing

The banh mi spicy was bland. Tasted more sweet and needed a kick. Chicken vermicelli was a bit bland too
