- Best old fashioned in Nashville. No flare, nothing over the top, just pure and delicious. Amazing pasta dishes and small plates and ambiance inside or out. Perfect Nashville evening begins here.
- David WhiteDecember 5, 2017Such flavors...the toast with chicken liver and coco is a mouth fiesta for sure. The sweet potato app is truly a whole new flavor profile entirely with a whole lot of umami! The short rib is bomb!
- Calamari in ink sauce is to die for. Every cocktail I've had here is incredible. Ask for Wyatt as your server!
- EileenJuly 13, 2017Garganelli verde with pork ragout was the perfect amount of chewy. Squid ink pasta had a hint of spice at the end of each bite. Order both!
- Dan HollandApril 14, 2019Wow! Amazing food, amazing drinks even better service. The “Show me the money” is possibly one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The pasta dishes were phenomenal. Just do it
- Andy SwindlerJuly 26, 2015Tasty. Got there early & sat outside immediately. Yummy cocktails & top-notch house-made pasta. Squid ink bucatini w/octopus hit the spot. Cantaloupe soup was refreshing on a hot day.
- AmateurConciergeSeptember 15, 2019a tough one to rate. Buzzy, Nash sophisticated crowd. Great cocktails & really creative/ambitious dishes...every dish had some kind of fun angle but the food was not excellent. Would try again tho
- Lina YehAugust 11, 2017The sweet corn agnolotti was the crowd favorite, it's fluffy and is a refreshing pop of flavor in your mouth! Definitely order several dishes to share family style so you can try more.
- Start with the sourdough with seaweed butter. The half chicken is outstanding. And honestly, any of the pastas (My two favorites: Garganelli Verde with Pork Ragout, Mafalde with Maitake Mushrooms)!
- EaterOctober 8, 2013It's a packed house night after night, and with Bon Appetit and Esquire recently naming it one of the best new restaurants in the country, don't expect it to slow down. [Eater 18 Member]
- AnissaOctober 15, 2014I can't say enough great things about RAD! The cocktails were on point, and literally each dish was great! Make sure you get at least ONE pasta!
- Joe HendeleApril 18, 2014Rolf's achieves the golden trifecta: amazing food, service, and ambiance. A Nashville gem and top-notch foodie experience. Just go and keep your fingers crossed that Wyatt serves you - what a pro.

- Design*SpongeAugust 3, 2014Drawing on Northern Italian and Mediterranean influences, they use Southern ingredients to create a dynamic and seasonally-driven menu. The pork ragout pasta literally melts in your mouth. Read more
- Luke WhiteJuly 29, 2014So. Good. Loved the spiker and sponge cocktail and the montañas verdes cocktail. Loved the faro, the pig's head, the brook trout and the squid ink seafood pasta. Amazing.
- I bet everything is rill good but the roasted chicken was superb and you can't go wrong with octopus. And of course the cocktails!
- Drew ChristienOctober 31, 2021Amazing food, great cocktails. Seriously great menu. One of the bartenders was talking sh*t about us out-of-towners but in a cute, completely clueless and overcompensating way.
- Roshel AghassiJune 22, 2017Food was really good. We had a about 9 dishes that we shared amongst 8 people. Short rib and beef tartar was delicious.
- John BroksMay 6, 2018Great place, very lively, high noise level. Portion sizes good, not overpowering meaning you can easily have 3 courses. Spaghetti and shrimp was really good.
- Nicole FormicaSeptember 14, 2016Top notch Italian. The smoothest ricotta I have ever had. Be sure not to skip the squid ink pasta and beef tartar.
- Drink: Marcello's Manhattan - Appetizer: chicken liver pâté - Dinner: Squid Pasta - Dessert: Chocolate Tart - this place was incredible.
- Emily HeywardMay 30, 2015I believe the menu changes but everything was spectacular. Best chicken liver ever. Delicious pasta. Can't go wrong here! Great cocktails too.
- Unbelievable pasta. Get the Fleet Street to drink. Get whichever pasta your waiter tells you to. They know best!
- Mike SeilbackDecember 19, 2014Amazing food in this former warehouse. The bartender/ mixologist makes great cocktails while Rolf makes delicious dishes. Lives up to the hype
- Nicole RocchioMay 15, 2021Was definitely good, was expecting more bc of the hype. Agnolotti & chicken dishes were my favorite! For GF folks, menu doesn’t have GF pasta which is limiting given all their entrees are pasta??
- Kim LewisJune 13, 2014We had 5 people at our table and we all ordered something different and it was all amazing. Could not believe the incredible flavors. Love this place.

- Dustin SoperAugust 4, 2018A very extensive drink list with very inventive names. Try the "Good To The Last Drop" if you're a coffee fan!
- Wesley VerhoeveMarch 8, 2013Wellll this is my favorite place to eat in Nashville. Drink the Ghost Writer, get the cauliflower/currant/almond side, eat the pork with A SIDE OF PORK.
- Do yourself a favor and get the rigatoni, the Brussels, the pâté, and the seaweed butter, though you really can't go wrong with anything.
- Washington PostMay 10, 2014If you get only one dish at Rolf and Daughters, make it a pasta: spaghetti freckled w/ charred ramps and a sunny egg yolk crown. The kitchen cooks to order an average of 150 pasta requests a night. Read more
- Marina WeiszMay 14, 2022Loved ! The place is very nice. The food is great, very delicious. The service was sweet and very efficient.
- Kevin VFebruary 28, 2017Been wanting to go there for the past 3 years. Perhaps the wait wasn't so worth it. Waited 2 hours for a table because guests take their time eating. Be ready to wait if you don't have a reservation.
- Steph SiaJanuary 1, 2014Amazing food! The bucatini is out of this world! Other standouts: tartare, Yorkshire pork and chocolate tart!
- ConnieJanuary 15, 2015Too many great items! Awesome cocktails, pasta was amazing, butternut squash was outstanding, beef sausage unreal!
- JustineFebruary 18, 2014Burton cocktail, chicken pate w/ carrot marmalade, verde pasta, squid ink pasta, Brook trout, Stumptown coffee
- Jill MakenzieMay 15, 2015I was very disappointed with this restaurant, not because of the quality(b/c it was delicious), but because of the quantity vs price ratio. People make it seem fancier than it is & it's too expensive
- Adam SchuitApril 26, 2017Awesome decor and great food. Stick to the pastas and the sweet potato is insane. Great spot!!
