Jordan PayneJuly 15, 2017The sirloin Bison with fried mash potato was delicious, with two beers and a glass of wine it seemed a little pricier than I expected but cool spot and very good staff, some nice sours on tap too.
The meatballs are great, but definitely try the burger. It’s the only one in Boston I don’t mind getting without cheese. Amazing beer selection and a wonderful bar staff make this place truly great.
Special - "Duet of Wild Game" - ostrich fan filet (inner thigh) + antelope filet (outer thigh), served w/ ragout of maitakes, cranberry beans & artichokes + black garlic purée & spruce. Exquisite meal
Martín CaballeroSeptember 28, 2019owner/chef Brian Poe is a chill dude. Why? He loves Boddington’s Pub Ale — so much that Boston brewery Harpoon made him a creamy pub ale of his own. Get a round of Poe’s Pub Ale and you can’t miss!- Kangaroo burger special (vadouvan curry, vidalia onion confit). I substituted veggies for fries (mix of different beans and mushrooms) and added a side of salted English cucumber. Heavenly meal.

Recom!- Stellar service tonite in the bar tables area. I've been served by no less than 5 diff people in less than 2 hours & my beer has never gone empty b4 being asked for its replacement. LOVE this bar!

The four potato app is a mashed potato sampler, each of which is the mashed potato that corresponds with their daily tip entree. Only $5 for this taste of heaven!

My favorite burger in Boston! Do yourself and favor and just get the steak burger. Great beer menu as well.
