PF Anderson: Good selection of gluten-free foods, but not as diverse as some other locations. Labeling on the shelves is better than it used to be, but cannot be trusted. Look carefully before you buy.
PF Anderson: Zingerman's has a fairly substantial line of products for persons with food allergies, including gluten-free. I once had a problem verifying something was GF, and they responded above & beyond!

PF Anderson: Tower Inn now has fine GF pizza crust and hamburger buns, with a separate food preparation area. They are working on a gluten free crepe bar for Sunday mornings. Awesome!

PF Anderson: Although they use the same gluten free pizza crust as Cottage Inn, they do a better job with it. Crust is cooked thru, tasty sauce, generous toppings. More expensive, slightly.

PF Anderson: While there is no menu or clear GF postings, I've been consistently impressed with the ability of the staff to explain what's GF and have always felt both safe and well fed with tasty food. Yum!
