Cindy PlackmeyerAugust 4, 2013Smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork - all great. Ask for all the sauces and try each one. All uniquely wonderful. Bourbon ice cream with peach cobbler rounds it all out perfectly.
All meats are gluten free as well as great options for apps and sides - the salads sound like they could use some meat. Awesome drinks, but a little pricey (compared to the food at least)

Upgrade to-go containers + outside seating + clean-up the menu design.- Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing service...and plenty of gluten free options. I only wish I had room for dessert

Brian StanderAugust 17, 2013Brisket was extremely fatty. I can understand some fat on the brisket, but it was over 50% fat. Disappointing. Bison Rueben was so-so.
