Luis is your man for all mixologist delights. Look for the always stylish Max and of course the hardworking Paolo. My tapas top 3: Pulpo, mejellones, chorizo y camarones. Must-try: The feijoada!

Sit at the bar, and ask the bartenders to do tricks. Like line up 15 shot glasses and then pour them all at once (possible!). Spicy cocktails are the specialty here.
