John TheBaptizedMarch 27, 2014It's a great place to go. I am normally a cookie and milk type of guy, but occasionally I will go for a healthy smoothy. It's got bands, TV, WIFI, and even a place to read a book or play a board game.

- Daniel ClagueAugust 30, 2014Great coffee when you've missed closing time at Acoustic Java. Beans from AJ (though not quite as well...yet. Don't skimp on the scoops, baristas :) ). Really pleasant atmosphere. Love the staff!
- Wednesday night is board game night. Delerium tremens is great. And try a milky way with white chocolate. The staff are also very nice and the food is decent.

AshleyNovember 10, 2015Food is delicious! However, when it's busy the service can be chaotic. Several times they have messed up my order. But I am still there many times a week for a coffee, homework, or a bite to eat!

Smoothies are amazing, especially Acai. Breakfast sandwiches are great also. Will be trying quinoa bowl soon
Would love more fresh fruit in the smoothies!! Like pineapple and real coconut would make the smoothies even more delicious than they already are!! :)
Richard KleinAugust 7, 2014I didn't know NU Cafe was located where Tatnuck Bookseller used to be. Yay! I missed this building. Now, let's see if they kept the old machine tools.
The food coffee and atmosphere are great.. But man. Some mornings its like being in a bad NPR caricature.
Matt Robert, who plays every Wednesday from 6-8pm to fundraise for the Worcester County Food Bank, is a treat and a half!

Milky way smoothies are really good. But also quite filling. I shouldn't have gotten a medium. Next time I'll go for a small.
