Adjacent to National Gallery, but this one specialises in portraits as the name suggests. Free admission, by the way.

The gallery itself is very nice, but the restaurant on the third floor is awful! 30f for the set of miserable sweets for person? 25minutes of whiting for some more water?? Sights in window are great
