    Very interesting. I had no idea how big whaling was back in the day and the impact it had on the local economy and immigration. Staff is very friendly and eager to explain.

    Take a guided tour! In the main lobby, check out the stains on the floor caused by whale oil dripping from the skeleton suspended from the ceiling!

    A great museum with a half-scale ship you can climb aboard and check out. Very neat.

    Hadn't been there in a while and was very impressed with the quality of the exhibits and the overall level of the museum. Absolutely worth a visit.
