I love this place. It is beautiful and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is the bar tenders by the pool are horrible. Takes them 45min to take your drink order and another 30min to get it to you.

the pool is awesome. the coral crab cafe in the hotel is great... get the island buffet. worth every penny. free shuttles are an awesome addition. internet connection isn't too bad but your in KW!

Crystal HApril 30, 2013Pricey but convenient! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders at the pool bar were hit or miss. My first bartender was awesome - the next 2 days I had another one and she sucked.

Spend the extra money and get a room with ocean front balcony. This is a great hotel an staff!

Mr. Ed is great! Shuttle service is a big waste of time. We had to take cabs several times when there were 40 to 50 people waiting for 24 seats in 2 vans.
Supposed to have wifi in all rooms. I'm in the back part of the hotel and get ZERO signal. Luckily Verizon 3G has a good signal.
Internet connection has been great so far, watched a show on Hulu last night.

The Internet connection is pretty bad, but it's Key West who needs the Internet.
