Great location...open air. Great place to grab a coffee and pastry, or bunch on the weekend. The crepe was amazing and the vanilla latte was too. Recommend getting there early for parking and a table.
Came here first in July, and my cappuccino was undrinkable - burnt with billowing foam. Came here in October, and it was first class. It now has great baristas - the two I know are Amanda & Barrett.

The location is great but the food very disappointing. Had the eggs Benedict & they were not good at all; eggs were overcooked, no hollandaise sauce & the English muffins were not fresh.
